Compassionate Heart Care Inc. is available to provide assistance with the Client's Activities of Daily Living (ADL), in the privacy of their home and to Assisted Living Facility (ALF), Long Term Care Facility (LTC) and Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).We provide trained and dedicated Home Care Aides (Caregivers) 24 hours and 7 days, round the clock, and/or according to the need of the Client.

We are in the San Gabriel Valley, but we cater Clients in Southern California area.

Client specific tasks are outlined in the client service plan and may include any of the following services:

Personal Care

Assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming. Assisting with communication activities, writing letters, and telephone use.

Home Health Care.

Light housekeeping including sweeping and dusting, organization, laundry and linen changing.Assistance with toilet ingredients and continence.

Fitness Program.

Errands,Companionship and Cognitive supervision and family respite for clients with dementia.

Transportation.

Assistance with transfer, positioning, and ambulatory.Transportation for errands, medical and dental appointments, shopping and recreational activities.

Senior Care Restaurent.

Meal preparation and assistance with eating, cleaning up and meal preparation.

Assistance with medication that the client is able to self -administer.
